That's the most comprehensive and best written report that I've seen on los Tigres this season. An interesting point brought up here that hasn't
been mentioned in awhile, how much longer do we get to enjoy Coach T at the helm? I had forgotten about that quote that he gave the the Record!

I wouldn't be surprised if this weren't written by Jason Anderson. Regarding Coach Thomason and his plan for retirement, my assumption is that
he'll hand the reigns over to Coach Verlin.

I agree with Jon. The writing style strongly suggests Jason Anderson.

He needs 41 wins to have more wins than Tark the shark. He will be around at least until then. After that all bets are off. Very good write up.

I liked the Raymond Cody comment. This is one of the best pieces we have seen and I want more! It's nice to see us in the news. It's also funny to see
T Smith referred to as a shooting guard...

RE: Cody | ||
|
I don't have any inside information here, but I don't understand how if Cody didn't get his grades up over the summer for Pacific how he can be
eligible for CSUN. It can probably be chalked up to different admission standards, but on the face of things Cody's re-emergence at CSUN doesn't make
sense to me. Hats off to him and I hope he gets his degree and has a good career (against everyone except Pacific).

It means that he didn't satisfactorily jump through the hoops in the right direction. The team saw an opportunity to lose him and took advantage and picked
up Lacerda instead.

Will Cody Play | ||
|
As a former recruit who wanted to come to school here, we wish Cody success. It will be interesting to see if he plays much this year. Northridge has No. 2 guard Kenny Daniels back and his backup, Theron Taylor, also returns. Rashaun McLemore, a heralded JC off-guard, also has potential. The small forward position may well feature Kevin Menner, a prolific JC scorer. |

I think it may have been Anderson's work as well, excellent as it was.

It was indeed Jason Anderson, He mentioned it on one of his blogs recently. Great write up J.A.!
